The last destination of our fishing outing was a trail to Revett Lake. A very pretty trail. Those who know me know I’ve quit hills. My beloved Father-in-law promised this was a level path. I wouldn’t exactly call it level myself (and I don’t think my M-I-L either!), but it was BEAUTIFUL and interesting and well worth the [minor] incline.

Very pretty! I can't get over how you are all wearing coats. That is unusual for you since you are typically in tropic weather.
I UNDERSTAND YOU WEARING COATS...THAT IS UPPER ELEVATION IN IDAHO
AND IT GETS CHILLY..ESPECIALLY IN THE SHADE.
AS OLD TIMERS IN IDAHO, DOES YOUR FAMILY TAKE ALONG BELLS OR
BEAR SPRAY.
I CAN ALMOST IMAGINE A SOW, STEPPING OUT ON THE TRAIL, TO TAKE HER
CUBS DOWN TO WATER.
JUST WONDERED IF THAT IS IN THE PLANNING WHEN HIKING IN THE WILDERNESS?

Hi MM -
I'll take a slightly chilly day any day over a hot day for hiking purposes!! We probably should have had bear spray (but didn't). My husband jingled his keys randomly as we walked...
