Baby Makes Three :: Orange County Baby Photography
I'm so delighted that this dear family was open to my suggestion of their home as a perfect setting for their family pictures. I've said it before; I'll say it again. HOME is the very BEST PLACE for pictures with a baby. Home is filled with so very many special, wonderful details. I showed up right at the end of Darling Girl's nap in her swing. She was wearing her sweet girlie footie pj's ... with the footie parts sliced open. Darling Girl is growing so fast & so tall, that Mom & Dad needed to give her the freedom to stretch her legs [grin]. Her very favorite place to hang out and talk is on her changing table ... on the dining room table! She's super tactile and loves the feel of Mom & Dad's skin, her ruffly tutus, long ribbons and jewelry of all sorts. These are the details that certainly don't last forever ... but pictures can remind you forever. H Family, thank you so much for trusting me to be your photographer and for opening your beautiful home to me. I think you have a beautiful life together.

Just beautiful! I loved how the tutu went from the hook to the baby sitting at Mom and Dad's feet. So much sweetness!!
She is the cutest thing ever. And you did such a wonderful job of capturing their life together as a family.

I love that song. It is perfect for infant sessions. I use it for my newborn photography viewings too. These images and so beautiful! I love how they capture this families every day lives beautifully.
These are fantastic, Susan. She is so sweet, those cheeks! The elbow dimples! Love that one of them on the steps with her tutu. :)
I love this series!! My favorite is the one in the middle, with the family on the porch and you are super low. I love the perspective, I love the detail, I love that they have this photo to hang on their wall to welcome everyone into their home!
