Roadtrip, Part 6, really high up.

The Hard Part. The Big Hill. The Trail the rangers overwhelmingly said "not to miss." The last half of Peekaboo Trail. The Trail we renamed parts as being The PeekaPOO Trail, due to the abundance of horse poop. The Trail where Littlest Dude pooped out (and got a piggyback ride). And then I pooped out (but didn't get a piggy back ride). The Trail where we drank every last drop of water we brought (and we brought a lot).

IMG_4474IMG_4481See these adventurers of “advanced age” below?  I never saw them again.  They left me in their dust.  (so humbling!)IMG_4485orange county travel photographerIMG_4498IMG_4504IMG_4505IMG_4516IMG_4528orange county family travel photographerIMG_4533IMG_4582orange county family travel photographer 2IMG_4592IMG_4594orange county family travel photographer 3

amazing, breathtaking. What's do cool about these photos is that they hold to the opposites on the color wheel. The blue/orange thing going is just too cool!

That is a lot of awesomeness! I LOVE the "adventurers of 'advanced age'"! The white stands out so beautifully. Now I bet you're glad you heeded the rangers' recommendation.

Hey, Bryce canyon! I think the last time I went on that trail was for my 21st birthday, which is in the summer. I remember it being pretty hot too! I also remember being frustrated with my crappy point and shoot camera that wouldn't take pictures even close to those in the post cards. Yours look great!
