And while many of the "responsible" parents were encouraging their kiddos to stay OUT of the former wastewater/sewage recycled water ...

... I was the crazy lady who saw all that pretty water and flare and sunray and silhouette opportunity and BEGGED my own kiddos to come on out and play in the water. Pretty please!!!

Thanks, Dudes. I know it's not always easy being photographer's kids. ;-)

Awesome little slice of life! Such fun pictures. Safe is overrated. I hate that responsible parents so frequently make me look bad.

Photography changes a person's perspective, doesn't it? My husband thinks I am insane sometimes with what I stop to photograph. Well, I should say he used to think that...now he is starting to point out things to photograph. :) Great pictures...love the sun flare and spraying water!

at first i thought, "oh no...what a mess!", but then I saw your pictures and thought "ooooo, great photos and what a shame to have had such a thing happen near someone as talented as you to capture those sun flares!". : )

It looks so fun : ) I LOVE it! LOVE it! Kaishon would have been out in it. He would not have looked at the camera though. Not for one second : )

I took some pictures for a few friends of mine and you know what? Both families hated the sun flare pictures... I thought everyone loved it : ). Oh well.

Hee-hee!! That's so funny. I'm sure they had a blast being a photographer's kid that day though!
