Oh Yah. We’ve Got Moves…

Unfortunately, with the exception of Big Dude, our moves are the kind that would make my bowling-aficionados-Papa-and-Grammy turn over in their respective graves. Oy. But, we had fun.  Well, all of us except for one, who shall remain nameless.  Who may have quit early because he didn’t like his score.  And I’m not talking about Little Dude.  Or Big Dude. ;-)

Continuing One Second Everyday ...

So I finished that big ol' 365 project.  Whew. Done. Check that box. Big sigh of relief. Enjoy that weight off my shoulders.  No more daily "have to".  No more frustration trying to take a quick phone pic just to find that the switch is on "movie", not "camera".  And vice versa.

Well, that 365-vacation lasted a whole 6 days.

And then, this happened.  And I couldn't resist.  I turned that video on...


And then this happened (below). A little yardwork collateral damage. And the project "break" is officially over. And the dudes didn't even groan. Nay, they even egged me on.

note: no need to fear for the lizard creature. We kept him safe overnight and released him back to the wild the next morning.

A difference this year: I don't have that same urgency of everydayness. If I miss a day here and there, no biggie.  No need for legalism.  If I grab a video a day ... or not ... so be it.  I'll still end up with a super cool compilation at the end of the year even if a whole bunch of days are missing.  There.  I'm done rationalizing - both the end of the "break" and the pursuit of perfect attendance in the beginning again. :-}

And I got all “street-photography” and snagged this surfer’s picture.  And then got all not-street-photography and slapped a texture on it.
