In the Garden ... Day 7

IMG_8431T

And God saw all that He had made,
and behold, it was very good.
And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.

Thus the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their hosts.
And by the seventh day God completed His work which He had done;
and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done.

Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it,
because in it He rested from all His work ...
This is the account of the heavens and the earth when they were created,
in the day that the LORD God made earth and heaven.

Genesis 1:31 - 2:4

I love that God saw that it was good...I would have added a few extra exclamation points, but I won't add to God's Word. :-)
You use textures beautifully in your work!

Oh my...I came from Becky's site after reading her interview with you, yes, because your pictures are amazing, but also I loved your humor, and also because I saw you used a Canon Rebel. I wondered if you still used it (it seems like everywhere I look someone has a Nikon). I have the Canon Rebel XTi, and most of the time I have loved it, and some of the time I get so frustrated. But...I have so very much to learn (and I am impatient). I started reading a book recently that explains the ins and outs of the Canon Rebel, how to use all of the great features that it has (because that isn't something you can just figure out, or at least I can't). But sometimes it seems like it doesn't take as sharp pictures as I thought it would. I also look at photographer's blogs, and I am reading this book...do you have any other suggestions that REALLY helped you figure out how to maximize the ability of your camera? And your favorite lens? I'm sorry to ask so many questions, and I understand that you are way busy. If you can answer, that's great, and if not, that's okay, too. I'm sure I'll be back, though, because...I love your blog, too!
The word verification is "copyme"...haha, if only I could. :)
