Sometimes a picture just makes me ...

Giddy!

And, oh yes: there are a couple faces in there. They're just a little underexposed. ;-)

Right down to the tips of their fingers and the ties on their shoelaces! How priceless is that!! Needs a frame for sure. :-)

Hi susan,

Im patty from vegas, i started my blog yesterday, thanks to my friend brittney. I love this picture, silhouette is one of my favorites, I am not a professional photographer I love taking pictures and you are my mentor. I just love your work. Who do you use for printing? albums? I am using aperture and photoshop for editing, what do you think? Thank you for sharing

Thanks, All! 'Twas a sweet evening at the beach.

Patty- congrats on your new blog :-). For printing my family pics I use my printer at home or I send out to Costco. I use MyPublisher for my annual family album. PS is the industry standard, so you've got good software. (I know nothing about Aperture).

I think there is a jump theme coming up for I Heart Faces. You've got one in the bag! This is awesome!

Whoa, big jump here. How did you do this, is it edited, or is this how it was captured. This is amazing, out of the ones I have viewed this one is my favorite. Beautiful, keep up the GREAT work!

Kristian-
no tricky editing - this is how I capture it. I'm standing way below them, down on the beach. My husband and boys had climbed to the top of some rocks and jumped up from there.
