A Call to Repentance

dead palms

The vine dries up,
And the fig tree fails;
The pomegranate, the palm tree also, and the apple tree,
All the trees of the field dry up.
Indeed, surely rejoicing dries up
From the sons of men.

Gird yourselves with sackcloth; lament; wail; consecrate a fast; gather an assembly ... and cry out to the LORD.

"Yet even now," declares the LORD,
"Return to Me with all your heart,
And with fasting, weeping, and mourning;
And rend your heart and not your garments."

Now return to the LORD your God,
For He is gracious and compassionate,
Slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness,
And relenting of evil.

Joel 1:12-14; 2:12-13

I just got photo shop elements 7. Do you know anything about it? Is it pretty easy to follow? I have yet to download it onto my computer.

Thanks for any advice!

Gray Family -
I use Fotofusion software for all my collage stuff on the blog. You can find it at www.lumapix.com, AND it's available as a free demo so you can totally play around with it and see if it's a good fit for you. :-)
