Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying
"If any man is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.
He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said,
'From his innermost being shall flow rivers of living water.'"
John 7:37-38

Beautiful post, thanks for sharing the pictures and the bible verse.
i needed this.
I am new to your site, but love it already. Your beautiful images communicate that which cannot often be put to words.
I have been blessed... and inspired.
Thank you.

Wish I would have had this picture yesterday, when studying John 7 with a ladies group! One tidbit I thought interesting was that the old KJV uses the term "belly"--which sounds quaint today but it is the part of us that requires repeated re-filling. It is amazing that God could reverse my emptiness and cause me to actually pour forth living water to the benefit of others. Thanks for reinforcing these thoughts by your lovely photography.
wow, that top photo is breath taking! how in the world did you capture all that detail, even in the river rocks? teach me your ways, i'm not worthy!!
isn't it amazing how a beautiful body of water always reminds us of Christ?
The first one is phenomenal for its depth--as is the scripture.
Thanks, All, for your kind encouragement. I think Sundays are my favorite post days.
