Oh my! No lovely clear blue skies today :-(

Nope. Blue skies are probably gone for the next couple months. The typical pattern here is that if Blue Skies are going to appear, it's not going to be until late afternoon-ish.

Even with the Gray May...it's still a pretty view. What is that up on the hill...on the left side?

Here in metro Atlanta...there is always the fear that if you buy a house with green space behind it...you can count on it being developed. It's better to not do that :-) So...any chance that the beautiful valley/canyon that you see from your window will be developed?

Up on the hill is the local university. The 4000 acres below us (and between us and the coast) is supposed to be dedicated greenbelt, a wilderness park, a wildlife sanctuary. Supposedly. It's filled with miles of hiking/mountain biking trails, a couple creeks, super old oak trees, coyotes, hawks, and gophers (that maddeningly find their way to our yard to wreak their havoc!!).

That looks moody to me. Yep! That's my official diagnosis.
