What an artistic, unique photo! I thought your focus was on the very cool fence at first, then realized it was more on the plant thingys in the front (I don't speak plant!). Really neat photo (if I haven't already said that).
oooh, I have that macro lens as well. I love it! I'm looking for a great multi purpose lens...I'll have to check out the one you have. I have been wanting the 24-70mm f2.8 lens. Maybe someday...: )
Kiera- I rented the 24-70mm last year when I was looking to buy a new lens. It was a wonderful lens with super sharp focus and gorgeous colors. But I found it was too big a lens for me to handhold without camera shake. You might think about renting it first and playing with it to see if it's a good fit for you.

Has the California tourism board contacted you yet to do a pamphlet? Gorgeous as always...
I really love visiting here and seeing your work. May I add a link to you on my blog?

Thanks Rhea & Kat - an no! The tourism board hasn't contacted me!
Jennifer - I'd be honored... :-)
Leslie - lucky lady!! It's the perfect place for a picnic, methinks.
I just love your photos...what camera are you using?? (and lens?)
Kiera-
Thanks! I shoot with a Canon 5D and a Rebel xt. My multi-purpose zoom is the 24-105mm f/4 and my macro is the 100mm 2.8.
