Ok. Back on flat ground! Despite it feeling like we were in another world all by ourselves, we were actually within a stone's throw of Interstate 5 when we were on this trail.
Thus ends our first San Onofre visit. Can't wait to return sometime!
It is amazing to see all this open, pristine land down there. In driving South toward San Diego anymore I become more and more discouraged with the build up going on. Nice to know this kind of country is still available to enjoy!
