Saturday, we hit the road for a quickie three day trip. A trip upon which I took many of my 65mph landscapes (and kicked myself for not cleaning the bird poop off my window!) … And upon which we stopped over at this amazing beach so I could photograph a fun session …
The day after, we drove here. And visited the Monterey Bay Aquarium. And saw Epic things. And took reflection selfies. And then continued on down an EPIC highway. And pulled over to see these epically humongous (and no longer almost-extinct) elephant seals.
The next morning, we drove. on. a. beach!! And had an EPIC adventure. Which totally tired out Little Dude. Before we swung by Malibu. So I could photograph this future Pepperdine scholar on campus.
The end. And to be continued later with a bazillion roadtrip photos.

Curious how a few magenta jellyfish floating in the background makes me look short than those two other dudes...
What an amazing trip! You sure packed in a lot in such a short time. Gorgeous photos as always.
Oh I love this part of California! And when the kids were young we kiddingly told them they could go to Pepperdine or Wheaton (in Illinois). Great schools!
