Chasing Meteors – Part 1

The Perseids were peaking, so we decided to hightail it out to Joshua Tree for an evening … And you can’t go to Joshua Tree without doing a little exploring and climbing … Big Dude brought his fun little GoPro along … I took about a gazillion pictures during our one hour of daylight and 3 hours of moon- and starlight. So I’m going to take one bite out of the elephant at a time and blog-post bit by bit. Next up, climbing & jumping shenanigans…

I'm planning on doing a post about my joy in seeing the meteors, but my epic failure to get a picture (Well, I got one photo with one meteor, but it was so windy here the tripod was moving).
