Littlest Dude rectified the not-inclement-clothing-problem the very next day when he bought a straw hat in the dollar shop to keep the rain and snow off his head. The cashier, without missing a beat, reaffirmed his choice by telling him the hat was perfect: not a single hole in it to let in rain :-}.
