We've been huge fans ever since my brother-in-law first introduced us to their music back in the days of their first album. So when we heard that they were in town and playing at a local coffee house, we were all, like, "Hey! ..."

I saw a JoC concert the same way, a long time ago. They were playing at a club in NYC and I was under 21 (om, long time ago!) and couldn't get in. I remember listening at the side door too!

Jars is my FAVORITE group (next to U2, of course)! I had the pleasure of attending the same church as them and getting to know a few of their wives through Bible studies. Great people.

I saw Jars of Clay at big Splash the day before. It was an all day thing at Wild Waves water/ amusement park. they were the main event!
It was a long day in the sun, but a lot of fun!!
