Maternity ...
For a year plus I've been peppering (pestering??) Leslie with a million different photography questions. She has generously and patiently shared her knowledge with me. This weekend I got to say "thank you!" when she let me take maternity photos of her lovely family...

This photo session is wonderful! I am SO impressed with your shooting style. Are you shooting professionally, or at least heading in that direction? I did that for over 20 years. It is a great profession.

So far I just shoot friends and family. But I'm hoping to move into a side business (might be a good way to help pay for braces and justify all my equipment?!?). But there are already so very many amazing photographers here in Orange County. We'll see if the market can bear another start-up...
wow, you're right, seeing the last post and this one, there were a lot of good shots! I love how you captured the other little girl in the background with the blocks on the moms tummy. I also love the one with the chainlink fence. Oh yeah, and all the ones from Sunday.
Those are absolutely wonderful!! Such a beautiful family. Please run some more pics tomorrow, nothing like a gorgeous family with a stunning preggy to make you smile!

Susan...when you are your work starts showing up in coffee table books and art galleries, will you remember us little people. What a blessing that group of pics will be not only for that family, but for that baby yet to be born. As usual, spectacular!
