Oh, no, you did it again! Gorgeous! Are those roses or geraniums? I don't really speak flower...I'm awful at remembering the names of it all, unlike my mother. I have a post about it today, actually, my pathetic lack of gardening skill. lol
(and, thanks for letting me use your picture! I just right clicked on it and saved it into a file, then posted it.)
Hi. I found your blog by reading rhea's blog who somehow stumbled across my blog a few weeks ago :)
I live in the Long Beach/Lakewood area and don't get down to your neck of the woods often but I do love the flower fields. I was disappointed when I was down there about a year ago to attend a funeral to see that you can no longer see the fields from the freeway due to all the construction.
You're a wonderful photographer. Read your bio and even though I am much older than you we share the same interests. Drop by my blog sometime. Right now it's all about cats :)
i love it, i love it, i love it! :) also, i have to say thanks for not having music that starts automatically when i load your blog. there are sites i like that i have to remember to press the mute button first - and when i don't - DOH!
Ok, I'm retarded. I just saw the tag line below your picture telling me what the flower is. Of course, I still don't know what it is, really, because I didn't recognize the name. lol
Irene - welcome to my little space in the blogosphere!
Rhea - Our computer had an internet crash and burn. I've been without my drug of choice (internet) for the last two days. ouch! Btw, you're referencing one of my all time favorite SNL skits :-)
Oh, no! Susan, I'm so sorry you've been without Internet. I go nuts if I lose mine too.
I'm so relieved you knew what I was talking about with the cowbell remark. I figured you might think I was really nutty if you didn't watch SNL. lol I love that skit also!
