The last destination of our fishing outing was a trail to Revett Lake. A very pretty trail. Those who know me know I’ve quit hills. My beloved Father-in-law promised this was a level path. I wouldn’t exactly call it level myself (and I don’t think my M-I-L either!), but it was BEAUTIFUL and interesting and well worth the [minor] incline.
Very pretty! I can't get over how you are all wearing coats. That is unusual for you since you are typically in tropic weather.
ReplyDeleteI UNDERSTAND YOU WEARING COATS...THAT IS UPPER ELEVATION IN IDAHO
ReplyDeleteAND IT GETS CHILLY..ESPECIALLY IN THE SHADE.
AS OLD TIMERS IN IDAHO, DOES YOUR FAMILY TAKE ALONG BELLS OR
BEAR SPRAY.
I CAN ALMOST IMAGINE A SOW, STEPPING OUT ON THE TRAIL, TO TAKE HER
CUBS DOWN TO WATER.
JUST WONDERED IF THAT IS IN THE PLANNING WHEN HIKING IN THE WILDERNESS?

Hi MM -
ReplyDeleteI'll take a slightly chilly day any day over a hot day for hiking purposes!! We probably should have had bear spray (but didn't). My husband jingled his keys randomly as we walked...
