After breakfast, we headed further on down the coast to the zoo ...
And finished the day by blowing out eight candles. I already miss my 7yo; but I'm pretty thrilled with my new 8yo. ;-)
ps. the animated gif above was a piece of cake (pun intended) to create at gifninja.com

ReplyDeleteThanks for the link -- My mouse was poised click the comment box to ask how you did that, and you’re so thoughtful, you heard me wondering! I love the idea because so many photos are better in sequence ... you try to delete, but one just doesn’t tell the story as well as a few sometimes. Love your stuff!

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to your sweet boy. I can't believe he is 8... that watch is pretty great. The time just flies. I am glad you get to be the mama of an 8 year old again. What a thrill!
ReplyDeleteSo fun! Happy birthday to your little man. I have an eight year old son, too. I think that sounds so crazy! :) (I mean that he's already eight)

Hi. I found you via i heart faces. Love your stuff. Were you guys at Pipes for some delicious breakfast? I lived in Solana Beach and would frequent the Encinitas one. Now I'm in lame Northern California.
ReplyDeleteYes! That's Pipe's (the one in San Clemente). Yummy!! I grew up in NorCal (San Jose). I can't think of a single Pipe's equivalent in the Bay Area. However, if you ever head down to Carmel, there's an awesome bfast place there called Emle's (I think that's how it's spelled) ...
