It's that time of week again...

This fix ends up being another Totally Rad Recipe: Select-o-Sharp, Bullet Tooth, Can-o-Whoopass, f/zero, highlight & shadow separator.

    The swirly blurry effect comes from two things:
    1. I "stretched" the canvas (made the wall longer on the right side of the photo) which blurred the wall texture significantly.

    2. I used Totally Rad's f/zero action, which adds blur to selected areas.
