  1. Ok, these are so lovely. Where do you find such beauty? And the way you collage them all together - so nice for a March day in Maine where nothing is in bloom yet.

  3. I am in love with your flower pictures. Do you grow these or are they in a field growing wild? I am glad I get to appreciate their beauty through you!

  4. Oh Julie-
I WISH I grew these. But I have a small yard, filled with snails.

These are actually on a ranuncula bulb farm in Carlsbad (about halfway between my home and San Diego). 50 acres of gorgeous ranuncula!

  5. Simply beautiful! Truly, looking at those flowers almost brings me to tears as once again our weather is blustery and snowy today. Will spring NEVER come? :::sigh:::

  6. i was waiting to see more of these. Ü so pretty!

do you have any idea if the fields look good on their last days of open to public? or if they ever extend the season? i will come so close to being able to see these this year but may 10th closing is really pushing it, probably not possible.

  7. Pam-
I think it should be fine. They're usually still open on Mother's Day weekend. The fields are staggered. So the North ones (that I was photographing) will be done, but the South ones should be beautiful.

If you Google the Flower Fields, you can see real time pictures to see if it's worth your time & $$ to take a trip down.
