This is what I told my youngest as he was crying/whining/fussing as we were about to enter the library.
His response: "But I don't want to be a Big Boy. I want to be a Bad Boy."
So, there you have it.

I am not kidding when I tell you this, but my 5 year old says the exact, I mean exact same thing. All I can do is laugh under my breath, but still....
ReplyDeleteOh and by the way, that "buh bye" was so in the cadence of Dana Carvey's "buh bye." I think from now on I shall close with a "buh bye" to you...as a term of affection for one of my fav bloggy friends.
